Fertility Help ? (Please answer)

Okay so I have been having really irregular periods ever since I had my son last year, and at one point i went 4 months without one & then the one I got after I finally started was 6 weeks long. Since then they have been light & lasted two weeks & now I am a month late again. My husband & I are TTC our second child & I have been taking ovulation tests & it’s showing that I’m not ovulating. My periods have not bee irregular since I was a early teenager. Before I got pregnant I had regular periods for the most part. I am planning to go to my OB to see what I can do to start my period so I can ovulate & get pregnant. So I guess my question is, has anyone’s OB put them on anything that has helped them get pregnant & what was it ? Also anything that you know that boosts fertility I would love to know !!
