Would you have another baby shower if it was the same gender as the child before this one? (3/4 years later)

I'm not a fan of a second, third... shower! 
maybe like a casual BBQ where ppl bring a pack of diapers/wipes or a meet n greet after baby is born and ppl bring a small gift.

I heard that it's called a "sprinkle". it's not really a shower if it's anything after your first. I did a shower for my first and then a small friends one with my second baby. now we are doing a gender reveal for my twins. :)

I honestly wouldn’t have a second one at all. I personally just don’t see a point in that. I’d rather just have people come and meet the baby and celebrate that way when they’re actually here

Nope. You should already have everything you need I think more than one shower is selfish and people should haven’t to buy gifts for yet another child after already buying for the first same gender or not. That’s why I’m buying gender neutral everything. Im

I told my family that I didn’t know if I would have another if this baby is also a girl and they started telling me I loved this baby less and that it was weird to not have one for each child 🤷🏼‍♀️ so guess they will throw me one

I think so. I mean it’s to celebrate each baby, and I wouldn’t want a second or third child to feel inadequate because of birth order. Even if it’s not specifically for gifts, it’s still a nice way to celebrate your life changes.

I’m pregnant with my second and I just had a shower last September (found out at 5m PP I was pregnant). So regardless of gender it feels like it’d be really soon. But I want to celebrate the baby. So I’m thinking of doing a sprinkle which is basically a small shower and just invite my close friends and keep it real low key. I’ll make a registry if I feel I need things and ask for those things for the holidays (I’m due in feb). So that’s my thought.
