Anyone relate ?

I feel like there are so many different types of pcos & symptoms. I am petite and have irregular periods. ( irregular like once every month and a half) I do not have any cysts. I have a “mild” or “classic” type of pcos according to my doctor that means my hormones are a little off. (Slightly elevated testosterone) I have been trying to conceive for a year and a half with no luck. Has anyone conceived naturally in a similar situation? If yes, how long did it take ? Or did any fertility treatment or remedies work for you ?
