Hi everyone, Im a first time mom and need to start looking for a nanny. I’m grateful enough to be able to spend 8 months with my LO. Even though, I won’t return to work until November, need to start looking for nannies in order to find the right one for us and to have her with us early before I start working. I’m extremely anxious and nervous, finding someone that cares for us and is great to my LO is all I think about. Don’t know where or how to start the process. Ideally, wanted to be by referrals only, but is getting hard since most of the nanny’s, of friends we now, are taken. For all those mommies out there, what do you suggest? Any agencies you could recommend? How should I start this process and what to look for? Recommendations are welcome! Please help and advise will be appreciate.
