Femara and intense ovulation
I am on my first round of Femara and have 3 mature follicles (yay!) I triggered on Sunday and almost like clockwork I got ovulation cramps and even very light spotting around 36 hours later. I’ve never in my life had ovulation spotting, much less cramping. Fingers crossed all 3 follicles released an egg.
I’m not hoping for triplets, just hoping for one good egg that sticks.
