38 weeks pregnant, bump on my nipple?

I have a bump on my nipple. It’s not the regular bumps you can get, it’s kinda the same size as the middle part of your nipple. It’s sore... I’m assuming a clogged duct? I haven’t leaked any milk or whatever but what can I do to unclog it??

It’s totally normal. Try washing it out with a rag or kinda do it with your nails that’s how I don’t mine. But you will get bumps on the outer part of your nipple and that’s totally normal too.
