Fear of being sick
So last night was the first ever time I was physically sick and I hate it I can think of nothing worse than throwing up, now I'm so afraid to eat something incase I throw up again and plus I'm at work so wouldn't be great as no one knows.
Did anyone else have this feeling? What did you eat?
