Helpppp

I’ve had my Mirena for almost 9 months. My period is going on four days late and a week ago I had brown blood in my discharge and also a little bit of light pink blood in it as well. I’ve taken three pregnancy test, all came out as negative. I’ve had light cramping and tiredness, which are symptoms of my period. I’m kind of freaking out here. Suggestions anyone? Should I go to the doctor? Or wait to retest? I’d like to think that my period is going to come, but I cannot explain away the discharge/brown blood mixture that I had last week.
