Am I in love? How do I even know? I definitely care for him but do I love him? HELP

It’s different for everyone. For me, he was the first person i thought about when i woke up and the last before i went to bed. I would miss him all the time when we weren’t together, even when i was just with him 5 minutes ago. You just wanna see the person you love happy, you want to know they’re safe, they’re fed lol. You want to be there for them and know them like no one else does. You see/plan your future with that person and think about it everyday. me and my boyfriend have seen each other at our absolute WORST and we’ve been through so much together, but we still love each other. I still get that giddy feeling and have that stupid smile on my face when i see him and it’s been almost 3 years. Well that’s just me but i feel like you’ll know. It’s a whole bunch of feelings i can’t even explain. Sorry for the paragraph😭

like your the only girl in the whole world, and when you have a good day they are the first person you want to call and let them know, and when you’ve had a bad day all you want is them to help you feel better. you still get butterflies every time you see them or hear there name, just got out of a 12month relo with my first proper love, scared i wont find the same type again
