Im SCARED
So im a 11 year old going into 7th grade. And my periods are HEAVY. But im scared this year because in our grade we have to sign up for sports, im doing basketball, volleyball, and track... plus on top of that MY MOM SAYS IM NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR TAMPONS but i have worn one before ONCE. Anyways. WHAT SHOULD I DO? please help and should i sneak buy tampons????
