Episiotomy
Delivery question, I’m expecting my second baby and I got a 2nd degree episiotomy for my first vaginal delivery. I’m wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent it for giving birth (can the doctor do anything, anything I can do?) or am I likely going to get another? I had a rough time healing from it and would like to avoid it if I can.
