What does it mean when you get your period twice in one month?

I got my period two weeks early on July 3rd and now I got it again when it was suppose to originally come.

I am also not detecting ovulation with the Clear Blue advance ovulation kit. It keeps telling me I am at high ovulation but I am not reaching my peak. I just got my period I took another test to see out of curiosity what it would say and it is still telling me I am on high. How is that possible if I just got my period. Shouldn’t it detect low ovulation?

We are trying to conceive baby number two and this is so frustrating.
