Hi all,

I’m 32.5 weeks along and just lately I’ve been having dull period like pains on and off. They last maybe 30 mins and I feel exactly like I used to when I knew AF was on her way and a hot water bottle was needed.

Today I also have the dull ache in my lower back.

She is very active and her movements often look like she’s trying to force her way out through my belly. While they don’t hurt as such, they are uncomfortable and sometimes make me wince a little. She’s been this active for at least 3 weeks now.

I’m a first time mom, anyone let me know if this is all normal? I don’t have a midwife as it doesn’t work like that in HK and my next appt isn’t until next week. Thanks so much. 😊
