menstrual digestional distress! Does any one else get diarrhea right before their cycle?
my cycle seems to have a huge affect on my BM and I have never heard of anyone else having this same issue. I wonder if it is something people dont discuss because its probably the one thing more awkward to talk about then menstruation or is hidden behind euphemisms such as "cramps." Never the less... everybody poops so it shouldn't be.
