so I'm a first time mom. I had my first son 28th of Jan 2018 and got pregnant 2 weeks after. I work full time and feel like I'm drowning. I see my S/O and my son for about 2 hours every day when I get off then my baby falls asleep and then shortly after I do as well. I feel like I can't stop long enough to breath. my placenta is torn from moving a heavy object prior to knowing I was pregnant again. how do u full time working mommas balance everything. get everything done, work, spend time with your baby's and S/O and still find time to take care of yourself?
