Choosing a name - Culture Differences

Tina

So my husband and I are expecting our first in December. We are choosing not to know the gender til this sweet honey bear is here but we are picking names for both sides. With the boy we have it locked in and set (he’d be named after Dad who has a very unique name with a few different middle name options). For a girl, we adore a name that I discovered while working with children and the little girl was just so kind and smart and I just bumped into them at the mall the other day which I felt was meant to be but was in a rush and couldn’t catch up and let mom & her know they’ve inspired this name that my husband and I love. The only thing that holds me back to 110% making it my #1 (its #1 and only for him) is that it is a Hebrew name typically known in the Jewish community. We aren’t Jewish, but I am open to all cultures and have super distant Israeli blood lines (like 6+ generations ago distant). I just need some honest opinions on this! Thank you!
