Cramps and back pain

I woke up this morning and had bad right lower back pain. I cleaned my house and started getting heartburn so I hurried and finished cleaning and laid down and took a nap. I woke up and it was still there the back pain my baby moved and I got super nauseated. What can it be? I’m 28 weeks pregnant
