Low oxygen

My baby boy was born yesterday at 36+1 and everything looked 100% okay. Then today I was doing skin to skin and he started “growling”. They took him to the nursery and now he’s having trouble breathing on his own and may have an infection...I don’t know what to do...any advice? How did you ladies cope with your preemies? I know he’s not that premature but premature nonetheless and I’m terrified for my baby boy...
