HELP with bottle feeding please

please anyone help me. I have been exclusively breastfeeding for 4mo. I am now trying to start having my baby feed from a bottle because sometimes I need to go to a doctors appt, or go to a store and have to take him everywhere because he refuses to take a bottle. I have tried almost every bottle and every position, letting someone else try, letting him be hungry and also trying when he isn't. he chews on the nipple but wont drink from it and gets frustrated. if anyone has gone through this please give me tips on what I can do, what worked for you. I am trying to stick it out but I feel bad when he is crying so I give in and breastfeed him again. what should I do?

the playtex vent aire worked, but I think any bottle would've worked, that's just the one I choose to stick to. my sister helped me stick it out and when he got hungry enough he drank from it, I just kept giving in as soon as he started crying and got frustrated all the other times.
