orgasm?

How do you know if you actually have an orgasm? My clit gets hyper sensitive and gives me a little "jolt" but that's about it. Do orgasms last a few seconds or is it instantaneous and that's it?

For me I can just feel one coming on. I just feel like this wave over my whole body and then maybe after wards I may jolt

yea, don't stop when you feel the jolting. that's nerve stimulation that happens during orgasm. Everything in the body is connected, so you get the jolting and warm sensation that spreads and then the orgasm. just keep it going. It was difficult getting myself past all that the first time, but it's worth it. I think of the jolting as kind of like a warm up. lol
