Itchy vagina remedy

So my girlfriend and I had sex a couple days ago and I have been itchy down there ever since, I was looking up at home remedies to fight it and holy shit I found a holy grail!!

Mix equal parts of warm water to apple cider vinegar (with the mother) and rinse thoroughly! It stings just a smidge but nothing I wouldn’t put up with to stop the itching. Also drink that same mixture two to three times a day (lower your sugar intake as it will cause more yeast to form)
