How do you do night feedings and pumping?

Feed while pumping? Pump after feeding? I just like to massage my breasts while pumping and hold the baby up on my chest to burp. It's kinda hard to do both at the same time..

I always picked one feeding at night to pump after. It was hard to do it after every feeding because by the time you’re cleaned up and put milk away its almost time to feed again.  Then also I was used to it and once my little guy started sleeping though the night I kept that pumping session just so I kept my supply up.  He’s 16 months now and has been done nursing since 12 months.  I had enough milk to give him it in bottles till 13 months then he wasn’t interested so I donated probably 300oz to a family that needed it.

my friend got me a pump that is just a suction pump and I have been using it some of the time especially at night to catch let down from one side while nursing on the other . she got it off wish. looks like a grenade with a funnel on top. (will make a post about it)

I pump about 20 minutes after feeding around 4 or 5 am. My baby cluster feeds at night so I don't feel overly full until that time since he still wakes up every two hours in he night to feed.
