help with c section

I never had one in all my 6 pregnancys but this time baby is stubborn to come turning head down he is footling breech and has not turned at all I'm 37.5 weeks last baby number 6 just turned down in time but this was is not. my obgyn yold me for schedule csection if he dont turn . it will be my first one I'm afraid of the tissue scar and time of healing and also we will be moving also. I tired all exercises for baby turning and ice packs. also nothing ia working any helpful tip
