Be honest, how long did it take for you to conceive your first child?

I came upon this article where it said most couple conceive within the first 3 months of trying. It broke my heart. We have been trying for 10 months now. What is it for the rest of you?

We were very lucky. We conceived our first month of trying last summer, but then miscarried at 7-8 weeks. After I got my period back and we resumed trying, it took us 2 months.

The first time we got pregnant we had been trying for 13 months and had done 2 cycles of clomid (that were both unsuccessful). It unfortunately ended in miscarriage. It then took us just under 2 years from our loss to conceive again and our second pregnancy also ended in loss. After that it only took 2 months from the date of my 2nd miscarriage to conceive. There is no “normal” amount of time I feel like. Good luck!

First time honestly I’m not sure. It kinda just happened wasn’t expecting it didn’t even know. Now second time it took me that 1st month then third the same. I have 3 kids back to back 😩😩. We are trying for 4th in our first month so not sure how it’ll go. Every person is different. I believe tracking and having sex everyday until you feel your period is coming helps a lot. That’s what I did and I’m doing. From the moment my period stops I have sex everyday
