BFN, 5 days late

In need of adivice. I took a pregnancy test after dinner yesterday, 4 days after AF should have been due. BFN. Could this be because I didn't test in the morning with first urine?? I've been crazy hungry, my boobs have been hurting on & off, and I have had absolutely no spotting. I'm worried that I might not get that BFP after all because the Clear Blue test is supposed to detect up to 5 days before AF. Has anyone else had this happen to them and then gotten BFP? Should I try testing again in the morning or wait longer??
