Best prenatal vitamins???

What are your favorites? I’ve heard some of  the capsules aren’t good.

I buy the one a day preconception health which includes the men’s pre conception and the women’s pre natal. Hubby and i had both always taken one a day regular vitamins so I just stuck with the same brand.

Hey everyone... I just went full on, from noting. I mean, I've always been quite active, healthy eating as much as possible, and tracking my periods, and sexual activity, but that's about it..... we've been ttc for about 3 months now and I changed to Glow this month and I love it.... So I just took my first opk yesterday, and first bbt this morning, we really want to convince by September/October as the latest... now I'm starting to think that it won't happen by then.... So as supliments, I started Prenacare Max, from Vitabiotics... from last week.... This is for during pregnancy, but I've been talking Omega-3 supliments for about 2 years, and the pre-pregnancy ones from this brand, don't  have the Omega-3. The liquid form I've been having has other vitamins to, so I can't combine them or I'll have to much..... the pre-pregnancy ones are apparentelly indicated for the zinc that's  supposed to help with fertility, but Pregnacare Max has got the same amount of zinc as the pre-pregnancy ones, and basically has everything that you could imagine, I think it's the most  complete one, at least from Vitabiotics, and I really trust this brand
