Someone give me hope?

2 days ago I had blood drawn at the er at 4 weeks. I am 4 weeks 2 days today (by ovulation date) and 4 weeks 6 days by last menstrual period. My level was 109. Anyhow I had levels checked again today and had only a 50% increase. My level is now 152. Someone give me some positivity. The OB said to still have hope and to have levels checked on Sat and on Mon. I just feel so hopeless and empty :( anyone here with slow rising hcg and success? The first beta was done at the er and the second at another office. My ob mentioned they use different beta kits and it could effect the result.
