UPDATE—— Pregnant but no Sac or Baby????

After the ultrasound on Tuesday I went backThursday for more blood work.. Friday they called me to come in and they told me my levels were dropping from 650 to 545 , so I was probably miscarrying.. Friday night I started to bleed and went to the hospitals and my levels went down to 400.. they couldn’t tell my why this happened. Monday I had to take a pill to pass everything and hopefully everything goes back to normal and we can try again in 2 months .. 😢

I also have an appointment on the 31st and they’ll be able to tell me more of what happened and what I can do.

So I found i was pregnant about 3 weeks ago.

I went to my first appointment on Tuesday but during the ultrasound they didn’t see a sac or a baby. I did another pregnancy test and it’s still positive.

What could be happening ?
