Sore nipples while breast feeding after jogging

Any advice on this topic? Jogging makes my nipples hurt while I am breast feeding. There isn’t pain any other time during nursing, only for about 12 hours after jogging. I have DD breasts and do tend to jog longer distances (3 or more miles at a time) but I wear a maximum support running bra.
