Twins
This is at 8 weeks transvaginal ultrasound. The doctor couldn't get both twins in the same picture. So Twin A is on top and Twin B is on bottom. Baby A was measuring 7W 4D and Baby B is measuring 7W 0D.
I have no idea how Ramzi theory works. But would love your guesses!!
