Stretchy vaginal discharge?

So I was just pooping and when I was about to get up to wipe myself I felt something touch my hand from my vagina. When I went to see what it was, it was this. I’m not sure if this is normal discharge. It doesn’t smell funky. Idk if this is of any importance but I’m ovulating in 5 days.
