Emérita progesterone cream giving me too many side effects....

I’m taking the progesterone cream only to help this pregnancy. I had a missed miscarriage the reason never known. So the progesterone is in case my lining needs a boast the doctor said it wouldn’t hurt. And it was my idea. I used it with a twin pregnancy like 10 years ago a generic pink cream from Walgreens. But I saw this cream posted in so many sites and so may good reviews. 10 years ago I had absolutely no side effects. Now I’m having hot flashes, aching legs, dizziness, and feel generally not myself. I want the normal pregnancy symptoms I’ve had before some morning sickness and feeling tired. These symptoms are giving me anxiety the good thing is I notice only lasting 6 hours. I’ve only been on 40 mg. 3 days has anyone tapered off this early on?? I started after my first faint positive hpt. And that was the expected AF day. If I switch to suppositories will the symptoms calm down? I need any advice from anyone with experience with bad side effects on this particular cream please. Thanks you guys for reading!
