FTM will be 34 weeks on Saturday

Hey ladies!!! My husband works in Odessa, TX 21 and 7 schedule currently 12 hours away from where I’m at 🙈🙈i went to the dr Monday and it was confirmed that I’m starting to lose parts of my mucus plug. The dr said I still have a couple of weeks to go before our little one gets here. My question is when should I get my husband home for the birth 🙈his work will be flexible as in he can come home 2 or 3 weeks in advance I would hate to have him home on the 30th (his scheduled week off) and the baby not come for another 3 to 4 weeks. Any advice?! Kinda starting to freak out that I might have to go threw this without him.
