Anemia!

Anyone with anemia have this same problem.

About twice a month I have a day where I literally can not wake up my brain feels so heavy and fogged that i can’t open my eyes and when I do open my eyes it’s to grab the closest thing to drink I’ll chug an entire water bottle and then collapse back in to bed till my brain screams for more water sometimes it will be an entire 20 hours before I’m finally awake enough to get up to go to the bathroom and eat something just to go back to bed till the next day.
