Six weeks pregnant and having menstrual like cramps..normal?

I have PCOS, and I am terrified of a ectopic pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and I have been having cramps with no bleeding. But they feel like menstrual cramps. Sometimes on just my left side but some in the middle. 
Also have a pain in my right shoulder..please comment or vote to help me not stress out😪

Try not to stress! This can be a perfectly normal symptom, but it never hurts to call your doctor for reassurance. I would also stay off of Google...  at least for me, it makes me more anxious!

Me too!!! I was so so worried for first few weeks as the cramps are agony. They can find nothing on scan bar 1.9x1,7cm cyst in right ovary but pain is in my left as it always is. Had lap to check for endo in April
But no sign of it but there’s something not right and thinking maybe pcos now as have evidence of burst cysts there and fluid in pouch of Douglas etc. Stressful worrying isn’t it. Mine is thankfully better than last week but still coming and going. I’m
High risk so worried as can be without the pain too but apparently, according to my obstetrician quite normal. Xx
