Missed Period Negative tests but Pregnancy Symptoms. Help!

So I have always been regular with my periods usually a 31 day cycle, give or take a days. I have never been ttc before until now. We have been trying the past few months and now I am currently 8 days late. Never in my life has this happened. Normally my boobs get very sore before I get my period but nothing and no sign of it coming. I have had a couple days of light cramping, slight heartburn today, queasiness, and a few times noticed a creamy white discharge. I have taken tests earlier in the week and they were negative. I’m so paranoid because I have no idea if I am pregnant or if something is medically wrong with me now causing me to be so late. Has anyone else been in the same boat and found out that even with negative tests that they were still pregnant?
