I feel like I am being strangled when I am not. Does anyone know what this is? *Read description*

The sensation I am having is where you know when someone lightly presses their hand around your throat like maybe how some do during sex. I am breathing completely fine. My blood pressure is fine. My heart rate is always high ranging from 90-100. It has always been this way. I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I take medication for it though. I suffer from acid reflux often. I have asthma. I take medication for asthma, too. I have anxiety, but it was not acting up until after I started feeling this way. I don't know if one of these are causing this feeling, but it is extremely uncomfortable and worrisome. The hospital won't even bother with me unless my blood pressure is bad.
