After your miscarriage when you got your BFP did you

We are hopeful that we will get our BFP in the next week but also scared if we do, on what to do. Lost our Angel Baby at around 5 weeks would not have known other than a massive migraine that sent me to the ER. I didn't even start bleeding until 7 and a half weeks D&C; at 8 weeks
