Looks like your body is gearing up. It’s fertile CM so it will keep sperm alive longer (inside of you). I would start having sex now and continue to test for ovulation

We had sex for 3 days straight but not last night we decided to take a break an get some sleep for work lol but we did the 3 nights prior so hopefully it still works

yes. have sex before ovulation. I'm doing the same with my tests, my tests are neg. it won't hurt to baby dance.
