Im the same, but it’s because I have low iron 🙃

Yes I faint and get dizzy and black out and sometimes I can’t get out of bed because I’m so anemic. It’s really bad. I take iron pills and if I stop for even a second .. I go back to being anemic so fast. One time I almost needed a blood transfusion
