Hi, I am 24f diagnosed with fibromyalgia since I was 20ish but I’ve had it since I was a teen, just got worse at 21. What was pregnancy and getting pregnant like for you? What helped since having to go off your meds for baby is what needs to happen, most of the meds are not safe. I am nervous but ready to have a baby. I just want to know anything the helped for you.

I was also diagnosed with hypo in August of last year. Anyone with hypo have anything that helped them?
