BV& Yeast Inf. recurring IM OVER IT :(

so last week I tested positive for both candida overgrowth\yeast infection and BV. she gave me the 3 day cream for yeast infection and antibiotic metronidazole for 5 days. after those 5 days last week finished my period started and now 3 days after my period had ended im still getting this discharge. but no itch or small. just the colour is off. should i take the left over antibiotics or? unsure if its recurrong yeast or bv.
