My daughter's fingernails are falling off!

The first picture was around the 1st of the month, the other two are from last night. Her index finger that top part fell off as it grew out with no damage to her skin but now it looks like it's going to happen again (I know it's a bad picture but she wouldn't hold still for another one). Then her thumb. It had seemed to just be better but now it looks like it's going to separate as it grows out. She has had no damage to either finger or hand. The only I put on her nails is jamberry nail lacquer and even that has been a while ago (well before this started).

Has anyone seen this before?

Also, I know her cuticles are awful! She screams like I'm cutting off her fingers when I try to push them back.

update: she had hand foot mouth about 2 months ago. Her peeling has fully stopped just over a month ago.
