I have pcos and I have not really had a full blown period sense May 2, 2018 and it lasted until May 10th

Recently I have been crampy but not like I'm dying or anything. I have also been spotting every once in a while.

I notice spotting when I wiped a couple times on these days

July 17th

Today I noticed a bit of spotting before I went to Bible study and used my diva cup just in case. I just went to take a shower and there was a yellowish liquid in it and cm. It almost looked like pee but didnt smell like pee and it was thicker than pee. Anyone had this happen? Could it be the start of my period trying to come? Pregnancy?
