Any advice

I’m getting intermittent nausea, a very irregular sleep pattern, fatigue which is draining me, I’m taking multi pregnancy vitamins, avoiding caffeine. Feeling very bloated. Keep saying to myself I’m not ill, I’m pregnant. Anyone else waking up wishing they could call in sick to work. Please reply! (Probably 5 weeks 4 days ish) not told anyone yet. Worried I might give it away. Need some reassurance as it’s my first time.
