Weight

One of my biggest insecurities has always been my weight. Whenever I meet someone new or even my closest friends they mention something about my weight. I noticed that I’m way thinner then I would like to be, and those people have made it clear that they’re seeing what I’m seeing. I’m not writing this for people to say “you’re beautiful no matter the weight” and “your friends shouldn’t be saying that, so you should just drop them” What I’m saying is that I have felt like I was too skinny years before anyone has ever said anything. So my question is, how do I gain weight but how do I gain weight in a healthy way ? (Please be specific) THANK YOU SO SO MUCH IF ANYONE EVEN RESPONDS !! 💛
