TWW Breast Pain

I woke up this morning to extremely tender boobs and I couldn’t help but get a little bit excited. However I don’t want to get my hopes up.

I slept in my bra last night because my SIL stayed over. Does sleeping in your bra cause breast pain? It never has to me before but I’m not wanting to get overly excited and that evil bra just be the culprit to my “symptom”.

Why do I symptom spot month after month 😫
