They can be great but it's super high in sugar. I think you'd be better off with a protein powder, gives you more control over what you drink it with!

I drink a vegan soy protein powder! It’s 1000 calories and I’m on a super high cal diet plus working out to try to gain muscle! And it’s made with few natural ingredients so I think it’s safe while ttc!

I'm currently taking Similac Mom for ttc (which i dont know if it helps). It has the lowest fat content compared to other brands but I'm already an overweight kinda gal sooooo i'm no help in that department 😝. My sister used to drink Anmum before she conceived her first baby.
