Not sure why I'm having this😕!!!

Good morning Ladies hope everyone is well, ok so I'm am currently 7dpo today yesterday I experienced light cramping with extreme eating and snacking.(TMI) However today I woke up with the feeling of diarrhea pains and 2bms by 9:15am. During eating my breakfast it was definitely noticeable, afterwards it eased up but was still there. I feel the cramps

Gas

Bloat

and just the need to use the ladies room here and there. Oh and the Gas smells a little dramatic😩. Also if I can describe my uterus area it feels slightly like a boiling pot of water. Off and on it seems like the achyness is more on the left side of my uterus and in the middle, I'm not trying to jump to any conclusions Pero am I possibly pregnant??
