Positive/negative

So I took a blue dye test yesterday at 6:30am, i left for work at 7:30 and it was still negative. I come home from work at 5 and it was positive. I took a test last night and it was negative, I took a digital test this morning and it was negative. So I just need advice or what should I believe? 😭 I’m 12 months ttc so I really don’t want to get my hopes up!

I have sore breast, frequent urination, nausea, mood swings, heart burn, lower right stomach pain (it feels more like pressure not really pain)
